Support for Postpartum Depression & Anxiety

You may have expected this season of life to feel joyful, but maybe instead it feels heavy, overwhelming, or filled with anxiety. Whether you’re navigating family planning, infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, adjusting to parenting, or coping with loss, you may be carrying emotions that are difficult to explain and leave you feeling isolated.

I have specialized training in perinatal mental health and offer a space where you can process what you’re going through, feel less alone, and find a more balanced way forward.

I focus on helping expecting and new parents feel steadier, more supported, and more like themselves again. I also work with individuals experiencing postpartum depression (PPD), postpartum anxiety (PPA), and postpartum obsessive-compulsive disorder (PPOCD), as well as the many emotional challenges that can arise during the transition to parenthood.
